OUR FIRST CULTIVATING CENTER
IN GUATEMALA

Weโ€™re thrilled about the opening of our first Child Labor Prevention Center established in alliance with MINEDUC at the Sampaquisoy School in Jalapa, Guatemala.

This center initiates our efforts towards preventing child labor during the coffee harvest. Our presence begins a journey of creating significant changes and opportunities for families in coffee growing communities.

In these safe environments, 66 children received personalized attention and care, while 8,382 meals were served, ensuring they thrive both physically and academically.

Beyond nourishment, our centers serve as platforms for education and awareness. We conducted 6 awareness sessions, enlightening parents, producers, and the community on children’s rights and preventing child labor.

Through our support, 43 families and 39 coffee pickers have been aided, creating a ripple effect of empowerment and change.
